THE SPACE
Enter through the front door and you’re greeted by the formal living room, here you can leave your worries behind and feast your eyes on the vibrant turquoise champion grade pool table, ledger stone accent wall, arched windows, mirrors and art. Bask in relaxation surrounded by tasteful, functional and chic decor.
The kitchen, dining, and second living room space is a large open concept layout allowing the entire family to enjoy quality time together whether it’s watching movies after a long day at a local attraction, cooking, or playing board games together-the options are endless! The formal dining table provides seating for eight, while there is seating for three at the kitchen island. The back-living room offers seating for everyone, books, board games and an entertainment center.
The breathtakingly fabulous chefs’ kitchen is a cook’s dream and the owner spared no expense, featuring only the very best. From the pristine seamless quartz countertops/ backsplash, calming coastal grey backlit cabinets, stainless steel appliances to the gas cooktop burners, hood, Le Creuset pots, pans and accessories, Cuisinart food processor/blender & toaster or vegetable Spiralizer-this kitchen leaves nothing to be desired! There is abundant storage throughout, and drawers are labeled and stocked with glassware, cutlery and cooking equipment for your convenience.
Head outside through either of the French doors to the screened in lanai patio complete with a private pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen (ceramic BBQ, rotisserie feature, fridge, stove top burners etc), lounge furniture, dining set, and spend time surrounded by tranquility and peace. This villa is located within walking distance to the club house with a direct view of the private ten-acre lake complete with private access to the walking path. The pool/jacuzzi is perfectly situated in highly sought-after southwestern sun (full sun 11:30am-6pm) and is the perfect place to let your cares melt away.
The game room at this villa is unmatched in the area: featuring a shuffleboard (with bowling option), poker table & set, 4 player air hockey table, foosball table and dart board! There is no opportunity for boredom here!
The Cafe nook contains all your warm beverage needs, featuring a Nespresso machine, milk frothier, Keurig, Cuisinart drip coffee machine and stainless steel tea kettle complete with temperature options.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, remote controlled ceiling light/fan, curtains & blinds, a bedside lamp and a welcome toiletry starter kit found on the tray in the bathroom. The three king bed suites provide privacy and space for all adults to rest, while the full bed suite and two double twin bed suites give teenagers and children their own space to enjoy and wind down. Of the six bedrooms total, four suites have their own bathroom with the exception of the two double twin bed suites that share a jack and Jill bathroom. Every suite is full of natural light, has its own distinct identity/charm and was meticulously designed to create a feeling of serenity and comfort throughout.
There is a video gaming nook just outside the double twin suites located on the second floor with lounge chairs and a color changing backlit tv. Here, all gamers will find Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PS4 with games (or bring your favorites).
It should be noted that each and every piece in the villa was hand selected by the owner with your use, functionality and enjoyment in mind. With that said, most light switches feature dimmers, there is recess lighting in both living rooms and table/floor lamps depending on your preference and desired atmosphere. The first level features beautiful smooth luxury flooring while the second level has plush wall to wall carpeting throughout.

- Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
- Rental Agreement – Must sign a rental agreement
- Surveillance or recording devices on property — Security cameras are located on the outside of the house and are used strictly for security and check in/out purposes. No tampering with cameras

Both Zoey & Jay were very responsive. Location is nearby many eateries, Walmart and more! House was absolutely beautiful throughout! Some of the furniture/layout created a safety hazard for our infant/toddler. But, overall, my family had a great experience!
